Sandpaper
Easter Sunday the temperature dipped into the 50's, but today it was in the mid 80's, so to celebrate the wonderful weather I took the kids to a little park this afternoon and then to get Bahama Mamas. (The world's best shaved ice!) They make the yummiest sno cones and they have discovered the perfect ratio of ice to syrup. Here are a few of their wacky flavors: Beach Bum, Jamaicamistake, Dill Pickle, Tigers Blood, Snake Bite, and my personal favorite... Wedding Cake (filled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream).
Anyhow, after the fun in the sandbox followed by the tasty stickiness at Bahama Mamas, Carly and Wesley transformed into little sandpaper children. Wesley had clumps of gluey sand between his fingers but all in all I think we had a "sweet" day!

Glad the weather warmed up for you! You should be able to enjoy the spring weather. And now I need some sugar :)
