move-in day.
Our air freight arrived yesterday so we've been busy getting moved into our house. Since our freight was only 600 pounds, I thought it would be a quick and easy move-in. What I've learned is that whenever you move (in or out), it's never quick or easy. My hands are raw this morning from scraping multiple stickers off of every dish in our kitchen and washing and drying them by hand. My feet and knees ache from standing for 16 hours straight and my back is sore from being hunched over trying to mop the entire downstairs (all ceramic tile). For the rest of the week, I'll be busy cleaning and organizing our home so I'm taking a small leave of absence from blogging. Well, at least until Ammon gets the computer desk set up!
P.S. If I never have to scrub off another bar code sticker for as long as I live... it will be too soon!

That does not sound fun! Bummer. But I can't wait to see pictures of your new house all put together!
why do movers use those stupid stickers? they make me crazy! i feel for you man, moving is the worst. good luck this week!
I wish I could be there to help you. I will always be in debt to you for you helping me clean my apartment in Ogden. And I hope your throat and lungs healed from all the bleach fumes! Thank you for sacrificing some of your brain cells for me. You're a true friend.

I'm looking into getting a nanny. On average they charge $3 an hour. I think it might be nice a couple times a week.
