I can't help but tear up when I hear the song "I'll be home for Christmas." In the past, I didn't pay too much attention to the words, but this year the lyrics tug at my heart. This is my very first Christmas away from home and I now understand what it means to "be home for Christmas, if only in my dreams." Sending our love to family and friends this Christmas. We miss you all!

Merry Christmas darling. I know your family misses you dearly. We always spend the holidays with my in laws and I feel the same way about missing my family in Virginia. I hope you have a blessed Christmas! I miss you!

We did miss you guys TONS!! But it was still fun to see you on Skype. Gracie talked about Carly the rest of the night. The next morning-she said-she really misses Carly-made me cry-again! Luv Ya!
