i'm the map.

Wesley is enamored with "The Map" from Dora the Explorer. I tend to side with Brian Regan on this show and song, but my 20 month old is fascinated by it and anything that pries my kids off of me for 25 full minutes deserves a medal of honor. See for yourself...

Watch carefully to what Wesley says when the show ends (No...!).

How cute!! Hilton just started watching TV, but only Jack's Big Music Show, DoodleBops, and Backyardagains. That's 60 minutes (not consecutive) for me to try and hurry to accomplish all my chores Hilton-free. Wesley looks like he's grown into a little man.

So darling!! I love kids. I also Brian Regan! He came here a few months ago and we went to see his show with a big group from our ward. He is hilarious and clean... just the combo we need, right?! Enjoy the map song and the 25 minutes to get things done.

Oh I'm still laughing...
I needed that today. First of all, Wesley is soooo adorable, SERIOUSLY! I just want to squeeze him! He seems so much older when he talks! That clip was hilarious and I was disapointed when it ended! Thanks for this post... it was great!

Ha ha ha! That is so funny.

I admit, I swore my kids would never watch Teletubbies, but one day I turned on the TV and there it was and Nate AND Sadie just sat there while I got the kitchen cleaned.

Lynette- I think one of the reasons I'm so afraid to have kids is I'm worried they'll be in competition with yours! How could any body be any cuter!?

Miss you guys so much it hurts!

I'm sure I'll convert to Dora when I have kids but I tried watching it with Drake the other day and couldn't handle it. I don't know if it's all the pauses waiting for the participation that doesn't happen but I felt like I'd like it better if I watched it on fast forward.

Adorable. I can't wait to have moments like these with my little one. And goodness 20 months! I can't believe it, seems like just yesterday you had Wes. :)

We love Dora la Exploradora at our house, too... isn't it great that they're able to teach our children English? haha. Wesley's love for the map is hilarious.

I thought this was so cute. The look of utter excitement on Wesley's face is adorable. I can't believe he's talking now. He was just a little (okay, maybe not that little) ball when we saw him last.
