sweets.

I read somewhere that eating a handful of m&ms everyday reduces your risk of developing high blood pressure by 37%.

Okay, that's not true.

But wouldn't it be sweet if it was!

Have a happy weekend everyone!

Well it's true that they make you happy! And chocolate does contain hormones that relax you and reduce stress, so it's gotta be good for you. :)

Are you doing anything for the 4th of July. I know that they don't celebrate it there. I'm sure that you can get some good fireworks.

Just like Emily, I totally believed you.

That would be nice, and some of my friends think that I eat too much candy to be this skinny.

I like m&m's once in a while a little chocolate won't hurt once in a while but it sure can put on the pounds in large amounts of course!

So many stats out there. Who's to say it couldn't be true? Right? A little bit of chocolate never hurt anyone. A lot of chocolate, that's another story. It's delicious though so we have to enjoy it. Just wanted to say hi. Can you send me your email? Thanks.
