Things overheard at our house:
Carly: "Mom, did you know that Batman not only fights crime, but he also has a great singing voice."
Wesley: "I'm Duperman! I'm Duperman! I'm Duperman!"
Carly: "Flash, you are so handsome. I want to kiss you on the lips."
Wesley: "I'm Duperman! I'm Duperman! I'm Duperman!"

yeah, my daughter will only acknowledge me if i call her "word girl" (a random super hero show on PBS where she uses her stellar vocabulary to save the day). i had to jimmy a super-girl halloween costume to look more like her current hero. she wears it everyday!

Braden has Superman jammies that he "flies" around in. kids are so cute and the little phases they go through! So yeah I have a blog finally! That's crazy you guys are moving to singapore now after being in chile for a year! What does Ammon do to get to travel all over?

So funny! Our kids all go through their "super hero" phase. The justice league pool toys for the bath, the Spiderman outfit I could not peel off of Aaron a year ago. Then the Superman cape. Lately the characters are the Hulk and Transformers. Isn't it fun when you overhear those cute conversations.
Carly makes me laugh!
I miss those days when almost anything out of the mouths of my children was funny!
I love Duperman.
Tell Carly I am the Flash and she can kiss me in December.

Elle and Riley used to watch it when Jared and Rowan were here. Now we're back to our girly ways.
We have tears over breakfast bowls if Riley gets a "boy" color!
