rain.

It's a rainy day here in Singapore.
In fact, it's been pretty rainy since we arrived. Rainy, humid, and hot.
We are in desperate need of a trip to the grocery store. Milk and bread are at the top of my list.
IKEA is coming today to deliver and assemble a shelving unit we purchased over the weekend.
Wesley is running a low grade fever. He's snuggled up on the couch under a blanket, calm and quiet.
Things are happening, just nothing as important as snuggling with my little guy
and listening to the thunder harmonize with the pitter patter of the rain outside our window.
Rainy day, please stay.

Yeah, I bet you've missed the rain, haven't you?
Quite a climate change!

Oh, I have missed the warm rain! It rains in Santiago in winter, but it is so light you barely feel it and if you do it is cold, not like a nice tropical shower. That said, it is never pleasant to step in a warm puddle. Eeew, watch out!

I love the rain...especially thunderstorms! How is Singapore? That's one of the places we can take a military flight too. I changed my blog address to http://naokiozzie.blogspot.com/ and will be making it private. I'm pretty sure I have your email so I'll send you an invite.

Love your posts! Yes, it is nice to just put other things aside and take advantage of the rare times your little boy is not running around and snuggle :)

I love the rain on a cool fall day. Perfect to cuddle up with little ones and a good movie. Enjoy the moment.

I just love rainy days! They are my favorite, especially when it is cold outside and I have a good movie to watch.
