OHH MY GOSH! Lynette, I seriously have a blog draft about this. Seriously. They are so creepy and weird, and I cannot fathom who thought this up--and that someone actually put it into play. Awful.
Not a fan either... funny thing is I was talking to Mike about how dumb it was and who in the world came up with that idea. His response, an accountant. I thought you're right accountants aren't very creative. Not as creative as marketing folk (our own internal competition of degrees.) His response, no, an accountant because they don't have to pay the modelquiens and therefor is will cut their commercial costs in half not having to pay actors. I guess the economy downward spiral has really hit everyone... even Old Navy.
I completely agree. I remember the first time I walked into the costume department at Disneyworld when I worked there and saw all of the Mickey Mouse heads hanging on the wall... same sort of freakiness and perma-smile.

With all the botox & plastic surgery I see in LA, I didn't even realize these weren't real people (just kidding....sort of)
:)
Kamron and I were making fun of the mannequins we saw in the window the other day.
I definitely agree!
