a letter.
Dear Taxi Driver,
I drive stick shift better than you (and I can't drive a stick shift.)
When you stalled in the middle of the Newton Circus roundabout, I saw my life flash before my eyes.
Also, your taxi smells.
All my best,
Lynette

ha oh wow! i would have been SCARED too!
hi-larious! send it!
My smeller is sympathizing with you.
a letter i need to pass along to many a new york taxi driver!
So funny (but not the life flashing before your eyes part)! I think it's so cool you live overseas and share your adventures with us!
I can SO RELATE! Taxis are TERRIBLE here! I get so car sick everyotime I'm in one. It's one of my least favorite things about singapore. I actually prefer public transportation even though it takes longer because I don't feel like throwing up!
And no offense meant to Angie...but Singapore taxi drivers are SO MUCH WORSE than NY ones! However, you do fear for your life in NY cabs, but they do at least know how to shift and break!
That sounds like my worst nightmare!! :)
