brain damage.
In the words of Bill Cosby, "All children have brain damage."
Last night we found Carly's hands, pillow, and bed covers covered in blue/green marker.
Me: "Carly, what happened?"
Carly: "I dunno."
(I discover the marker hidden beneath her sheets.)
Me: "CARLY! What were you doing?"
Carly: "I dunno."
Me:"What would possess you to do this?"
Carly: "I dunno."
Carly: "I dunno."
(I discover the marker hidden beneath her sheets.)
Me: "CARLY! What were you doing?"
Carly: "I dunno."
Me:"What would possess you to do this?"
Carly: "I dunno."
This picture was taken after scrubbing her little hands raw with soap and water!
Caught Blue/Green Handed (with puppy dog eyes)
Sidenotes:
1. My children have returned to their normal mischievous, misbehaving selves so I'm sure that I'll have plenty to post about.
2. The audio clip is from Bill Cosby's stand-up album, Himself (available on iTunes). I highly recommend it to all parents! Click here to watch a clip.

You have the best things to blog about. I love reading your blogs. Kids do the craziest things. Cameron gave me the same puppy eyes when I caught him tearing down the wall paper in his room.
Wow... I leave for a few days and suddenly Carly has new/different/colored bedding, you've been in and out of a rut & you've received yet another package from the US. Guess I can't go anywhere from now on.
ohhhhh, carly. i'm so sorry! don't you just wanna kill your kids when they do stuff like this?!
hahahahaha! too cute! i'm worried if our kids are as cute as yours i won't be able to punish them.
talk about puppy eyes. i feel like buying her a present for wrecking the sheets. :)
mischief is in the air - the bill cosby clip was pretty funny too!
At least she didn't shave off her eyebrows! The marker will eventually wash off. She would be a cute smurf-I'll call her smurfette.
Too funny. It's nice to hear what I have to look forward too. I hope they have clorox 2 in Chili to take out the marker. :)
i was just remembering how ammon would practice his faces so they'd be more convincing.
i wonder if his daughter is following in his footsteps.
the apple don't fall too far from the tree.
:)
That's sooo funny!!! I was just listening to that yesterday on my IPod and was laughing so hard b/c Keira is at the age where I understand the humor in it even better! Kids do have brain damage! When do you think they out grow it??
OH my gosh -- at least she's cute!!!
So glad your kids will be entertaining us again!!!
Hey, I was wondering if the links on the side of your page are adlinks? I'm trying to add some of my favorite things but haven't figured it out yet. Any advice?
