He will not fail you.

"Be strong and of good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee." Deuteronomy 31:6

There have been times throughout my life when I've had to take a leap of faith. During these instances, I am reminded of the Apostle Peter. I imagine the fear and doubt that filled him as he stepped onto the stormy sea, the same fear and doubt that, at times, fills me. I am amazed by the courage and faith Peter displayed as he walked toward the Savior. Do I believe that the seas will hold my feet? Do you?

Just as Peter was surrounded by the wind and the waves and lost his faith, today we are surrounded by uncertainty and disbelief and it is easy to loose our way. Although it is difficult to remain faithful, I am learning that when you do...

He will not fail you.

that reminds me of my favorite quote by president monson.

"may we know that when the Lord commands and we obey, we will always be right."
