tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will...

wake up at 4:30am.

kiss my kids goodbye while they sleep.

take a taxi to the hospital.

fill out paperwork.

be admitted.

put on an uncomfortable hospital gown.

wait.

wait some more.

get pricked until they successfully put in my IV.

kiss my hubby goodbye as they wheel me to the OR.

get nervous.

and anxious.

receive my epidural.

and then catheter.

watch as the nurses and techs prepare the room.

smile to the doctor as he walks in.

respond when he asks if I'm numb.

feel relieved when Ammon walks through the door.

hold Ammon's hand and then, moments later,

when I hear my baby's first cry...

I will cry too.

Tomorrow will be a wonderful day.

It will! I'm really excited for you. I'm not sure if I love anything more than birth experiences/stories. Good luck and I can't wait to "see" her!

Good luck! I totally cried reading that because I remember every emotion you mentioned, I've had two c-sections with a third scheduled in a couple months! Congrats!

Wow, it has barely been two months since I went through that exact same thing. And already I've "forgotten" about the bad parts. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Good luck tomorrow :) I'll be thinking about you! Can't wait to see pics of your new princess!

All of a sudden I was worried that Ammon didn't get to go in with you, I'm so glad he does. I'm alREADY crying. Baby posts do that to me. Good luck tomorrow, you're in my thoughts and prayers! I cannot wait to see her!
