L O S T
I'm totally obsessed. It's our Wednesday night ritual. Ammon and I get the kids in bed early and then we turn on the TiVo(best invention...ever). As soon as I hear the "bing" from selecting play, my heart skips a beat. We fastforward the commercials and rewind and play things in slow-mo if we think they might be vital to the plot. As you can see, we're absorbed. Where are they? Who are these "others"? Who does Kate really love, Sawyer or Jack? And, why hasn't Hurley lost any weight? All fascinating questions, but it's not the real reason why I watch. I love to watch because of the back stories. They're like these little glimpses into the character's life, explanations as to who they are or why they have their "quirks." It's the same reason why I love reality TV and blogs so much. It's people watching, and I'm captivated!

i keep going back and forth on whether heroes or lost is my favorite show. i love everything about these shows from the storylines to the characters. on both of these shows just when you think you know everything there is to know about someone BAM!!!! something happens that challenges everything you've come to accept.
I didn't realize that J.J. Abrams, ie the creator of Felicity and Alias, also created Lost. Did you? Coolness. Sad to say, I have yet to get sucked in the land of the Lost, though Tracie and I saw the very first two episodes and she may hooked soon. Very cool, very cool.
well...I was a HUGE Lost fan, then...the excitement left me...I got too frustrated with some of the new developments...and...HEROES happened...what can I say...HEROES is the best thing out there...remeber, "save the cheerleader, save the planet!" MomB
Not only are you captivated-admit it- your addicted-and so am I!
I think LOST is the most frustrating, never-ending, never-satisfying show ever! But, I still watch. :) Kamron loves it.
i LOVE lost. i cannot get enough. every time i look at the clock and realize it's almost over i want to SCREAM. i TOTALLY called claire being jack's sister too--as soon as they said they liked the new american doctor. crazy. and what was jack doing playing football? this show is pure insanity.
My history with Lost: liked it; loved it; addicted; confused; irritated; mad; what is up with all these new characters!; giving up; done with it; didn't take it off tivo; sucked in again; still irritated, but like it; currently can't miss it (well usually just the last minute); somewhere between like it & love it again!
