I'm so excited, I'm squealing with delight! It's a $129 value and I can't wait to get it up on my wall.(What?)

Well, I've gotta run--I'm hosting cooking class today. I'm teaching spinach salad with a homemade mustard & poppy seed dressing, an egg and zucchini side dish, and my muy famoso salsa verde (recipes to follow). The green sauce is for them to take home and enjoy later and we'll devour the salad and side dish for lunch. I can feel today is going to be a good day!
